On performance days, the box office is open until the start of the show.
On weekends and public holiday, the box office opens 1 hour before the start time.
Bulk booking information
We would like to thank all persons responsible for bulk orders (mostly for school groups and company groups).
If you are not paying by an invoice in advance or making an online payment via GoOut, you need to pay at the checkout in person. In such cases, please arrive 40 minutes before the start time to pay and pick up your tickets.
We prefer that you collect money from all group members before going to the checkout and pay the entire amount at once. If every group member pays for their own ticket from the bulk order, discuss with the cashier the most efficient way of proceeding. We always strive to provide smooth and swift service. Thank you for your cooperation.
The checkout accepts cash (CZK), credit cards and Sodexo vouchers, including the Multi and the Flexi Pass CARD.
